Earth Day Every Day Festival on Langston Boulevard!

Let’s come together as a community to celebrate the beauty and promise of our local environment and the planet. Every year, communities worldwide uplift Earth Day to mark the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement started in 1970. It reminds us all to do what we can, in ways small and significant, restore, conserve, and protect our environment.

The Festival will feature the following activities:

• Music: Check out local performers on stage all afternoon!
• Family Activities: Paint a mural, join a library story time, story time with authors Nadia and the Arrington Conyers and much more!
• Sidewalk Sales: Sales and offers from the Lee Heights Shops 
• Environmental Education: Need advice from a Master Gardener or want to learn about local bike trails, the hottest places in Arlington, or about Fashion Sustainability from the Arlington Art Truck? Come meet the experts!
• Food and Drink: Join us for al fresco dining with food and drink specials from local
• businesses!
• Art Market: Local Art Vendors will be showcasing their beautiful work all day.
• Plant Sale: Pick up a native plant to add beauty to your garden.
